I am tyring now to make a boot disk for windows 7. I have downloaded Power ISO but Im not really sure how to actually make a boot disc :s is it like a special option or do i literally just burn the files onto the disc and it will work that way?

AFAIK to make a bootable disc you would need to load/use a bootable image file. In PowerISO, Action > Boot > Add Boot Information > Browse to etfsboot.com located in the "boot" folder on the Windows 7 DVD.
