Hello, I starded this thread because i've been thinking about my own scratcjh build case for more than one year now. my main issue was the purpose of this case. for all off you who dreamed about a case that can house big watercooling radiatiors like : phobya 1080 and 1260 watercool Mo-ra 3 1080 and 1260 alphacool monstas 3x 180 here are the first picture rendered with solidworks . Looks good in the standing position image. The material choice for rendering isn't really helping though.

Is there going to be a covering for the IO? All the wires coming from the top of the case could look messy.
yes the to cover model is not ready yet. also the 5.25 inch bay at the top will reduce the case length. maybe i could modify the radiator bracket to handle the wiring? also adding a back plate behind the mother board for the same purpose.
new update changed the layout of he 5.25 bay and the design of the fran and rads bracket. check the link below. https://grabcad.com/library/project-aldebaran-1 i plan to put a small mid play between the radiators area and the top and front 5.25 bay. Any idea will be welcomed.

looking good. Are you planning on using the 5.25 bays? Also I feel the handle lets it down a little. Just the style is quite old. Maybe as an alternative you could incorporate something into the design that acts as a handle or grip?
