More expansions? Bloody quick :/

I see they're bumming the UK/Europe over the cost of them as well.

Since I am a BF2 game owner. I am happy in a way and really mad. The thing is that BF2 was released with a preview video of the expansion. I think the BF2 game was rushed and should have been biger game including the special forces expansion. But this expansion is cheaper thank god. But god damn EA.

OMG no more pronoing. I hate when people do that. You sneak up on them and start ripping a clip into there back and they turn around and prono and end up killing you. I was all ways pissed about the super fast pronoing and also the bunny hoping.

Time to upgrade some more, now.

By the way, I feel sorry for THIS GUY. Talk about a pain in the as$. LOL

* United States: US$9.99
* Europe: €9.99
* UK: £9.99

9.99 USD United States Dollars = 5.67708 GBP United Kingdom Pounds
9.99 EUR Euro = 6.82991 GBP United Kingdom Pounds

Seems the UK Market is getting dumped on here due to the economy, only by a small ammount, but still.

Getting dumped on is right, more than a small bit as well! Nearly twice as much is fairly insulting tbh

DOH - my sincere apologies to everyone: readers, DICE and EA. That was my typo! The UK pricing is in fact £5.99, so as you would expect, UK pricing is perfectly comparable.

Lesson learnt: don't copy & paste without being careful!

Again, sorry for the confusion!

I still need to buy Special Forces but I have no real reason to except for the zip lines. I already waste enough time trying to parachute behind enemy lines from 1000ft in the air....can't imagine how much time i'd waste running zip lines across the entire map.

You expected differently? I had figured all you Europeans would be used to it by now.

Though according to Pope, you're now only getting screwed out of about forty cents.

edit - meh, damn, why isn't "quote selected" auto-checked?

betcha they will make em in some sorta huge "armageddon pack" as they always do for games with a million or even 1 expansion pack. $10 isn't bad at all when I factor in how much my friends pay a year for WoW. Not to mention how fun that game is. The only bummer is that some maps and such appear very heavily weighted when there's sub 20 people, making it not really a lan party sorta game.

hopefully you won't need the Bf2:SF to play these packs altho its kinda whack that SF players get extra weapon upgrades, it makes the medic one of the better classes.

So if you're jumping over a barrier to shoot someone who is laying prone behind it, you can't shoot them as you come over it? That's kinda lame imo.

The XBOX booster is FREE. The PC (the one that made EA important with the BF series) is charged

At least they aren't charging 20 quid like they did for special forces.

I still think they should all be free like the updates that steam produce. I know they have to make money but if they charge for them, not everyone will get them and it means they will be pointless in the long run as everyone will go on playing as they did before.

I also wouldn't be able to walk up to a guy tossing little first aid kits around and be fully healed after getting shot either.
