Could the memory clocks be just badly interpreted as the Galaxy has 1400MHZ which is 2x the ref 700MHZ, standard DDR principles doubles the bus speed?

Could also be different memorey as the referance model uses gddr2 where as this card uses gddr3

That version uses DDR2, doesn't have the Zalman Cooler, and not clocked as high 350 vs 500. There are better choices for agp upgrades. For this price you (Converted it to about $140) can get the x1600 for $90 and the 7600gs for about $140
