Original was a huge dissapointment to me, after you'd completed most of the quests it blocked off others, I haven't picked it up since.

The thing that stopped me playing the original was the "easy mobs get harder as you level" thing. It was seriously lame. I know that there are now mods to remove that but I can't be bothered playing through it again now.

I actually wish they'd just stop working on ES4 and get started on ES5.

Needs Dwemer! they were definetely my favourite locales and backstory from morrowind, seemingly almost completely absent in oblivion, which was a shame.

Meh, don't care about Oblivion any more. Gimme Mass Effect on the 360. Or... uh... any major RPG releases on the PC in 2007? I'm drawing a blank. (Hellgate: London doesn't count.)

I'm with specofdust on this one.

Ob was a big disappointment for me. Soon after the March release I remember scouring the official site for an announcement along the lines of 'April fool. Click here to download the real game'.

Now the money has been made, I hope Beth. has the courage to wrest the TESV design plans from the accountants with the next gen FPS check list placing them into the hands of those with talent, vision and the understanding that RPG does not equate exclusively to combat.

I really enjoyed it, got over 80 hours out of it which is more than most games.. Looking forward to this.
