seems abit like the bad caps problems a few years ago... that ones still causing issues from old stock.

yup I got to file with that lawsuit by that time my 1500.00 laptop I owed them 2600.00 because I refused to pay for it because of how quickly it broke but when I got that info in the mail well that was my silver lining, I have the 5150 so our agreement was for them to fix my laptop and drop my interest so all I had to pay them back was 1100.00 which was less then half so that was awesome, I wont ever buy from Dell again but at least they got what was coming to them ^^
