I don't seem to be any fitter, but I did suffer from Wii-shoulder for the first few days (damn bowling!)

Hmm... I am getting a wii after I pay rent on the first and my girlfriend got her parents barely used three year old treadmill a couple weeks ago to use in our apartment. I wonder how much wieght I could lose if I use the treadmill while playing wii?! hehe.

About four years ago I lost a hundred pounds in six months by reducing my meal portions and lifting wieghts. Then I moved in with my girlfriend and her apartment didn't have room at the time for the wieghts. And she cooks for me. She cooks large portions. So, my crappy metabolism + no more wieght lifting + large meals = I have gained it all back

If this is true, I'm buying a Wii tomorrow. Or tonight.

Since moving with my gf, I've certainly become a couch potato and I'm starting to notice it (and my gf too, lol). Now, I want to get into shape for my incoming wedding, but hate the gym with passion, and don't have many chances of playing football or basketball.

This could be the best thing since sliced bread
