Crikey, I remember the leaked alpha screenshots from.. well, years ago. It looked pretty special back then, as it was before HL2 was released.

It doesn't require a nuclear power plant of a PC to run, does it?

I know that the Stalker "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.MP.BUILD.2215.BETA" is available illegaly, there are even almost completely translated versions out there and I think I saw a single player build version, too. But I can't help you any further

A legal Demo is supposed to be out one month before full release I think.

A legal Demo is supposed to be out one month before full release I think.

Seriously though, you DONT want it. It's FAR from final code and we've had to run it on such an extreme system just to make it "playable". Even then it crashes here there and everywhere. Personally I'd thouroughly recommend waiting because 99% of people here wont be able to play it.

I would so enter this competition but it's pointless to me since it wouldn't even be playable at a cell phone resolution on this machine. Good luck to everyone though.
