I may have missed something, but whats AMD/ATI's Nforce 680i equivalent? I.e. no integrated graphics, good overclocking?

no it seems that now AMD took over ATI all mentions of the word ATI are replaced with AMD

No, actually AMD has kept the ATI name in most of its related products...
