It would be nice to see Palm come out with something new and good (even if it's just to challenge / prevent the dominance of MS & Apple).

its a shame, palm used to make really nice little PDA's but they pulled out the market, and tbh i haven't even heard about them since really
It will be interesting to see what this will do to their business, but usually ex employees wont share their old company's secrets with their new company - you just don't do it |

What idiot at palm managed to convince the company to split the company into a palm OS half and a palm hardware half? That was the beginning of the end for palm as far as I'm concerned. Now, palm phones come with windows mobile installed. (And, by they way - they aren't being "trounced" by windows mobile - they are windows mobile.......)
