I think it's a good thing that they're pressuring mobile TV pushers into getting a standard, as incompatibility is one of the biggest annoyances in technology.

You know I think getting a standard for things like this is not only a good thing but very important. I just wish that the companies could work it out and not need the EC to tell them to get their act together. I mean in the end it is also in the interest of the companies to have a common format.
