Good review.

I think I am gonna have to give the demo a try. I've not played anything like this properly before but have been liking the reviews of the rest of the series.

I tried the first 2, but i got bored...the walking speed IS low, and sometimes dialogues and actions can get pretty lengthy.

Telltale seem to have perfected the episodic format, unlike some other games developers who call it the biggest thing since sliced bread *cough*valve*cough*. I only played the first ep of Sam & Max but I loved it, would be cool to get up to date again.

Link for the picture of Sam and Max reading the green text doesn't work.

ta, should be fixed now... there's an alternation between "large" and "big"

Interesting read, i keep meaning to grab this new sam and max series. One thing though, the first ep got 10 and this ep got 7? Even though it's shorter, bit of a difference in marking don't you think?

Edit : warning, beer in hand

This is a great series, and a perfect (and possibly only) example of episodic content working. Can't wait for these to come over to XBLA.

Different writer therefore different opinion, and obviously different episode.

This got an 8, which is still a decent score... it's just not as good as the first episode though.
