Pioneer 111D power calibration error burning dual layer

    Had a look everywhere! Got 2 drives here doing the same thing.
    Could it be the PSU (450w true)
    Could it be because all 3 optical drives are on the same power wire from the PSU?
    Or could it be that the drives are on their way out?

    Could be anything, could even be a bad batch of discs

    Swap cables, disc batch and so on

    Yeah it could be anything, thats why I was hoping someone could narrow it down :)

    no, it literally could be ANYTHING. that error is ridiculously general.

    most of the time, ish, it's the media, and since you have two drives doing the same thing, i am leaning to that.

    buy some decent stuff and see what happens.

    Ridisc 8x blue label, weren't cheap..
