Want to work for Bioware? Us too.

If you fancy yourself a decent game designer and want to work with some of the industries best on an upcoming MMO, then you may just be interested in Bioware's latest offer

Cheeky feckers. Get a whole bunch of talented designers to design plotlines for some upcoming game under the guise of a "competition". Hire the best one and save a fortune on headhunters. Give the rest the middle finger having had them sign a submission agreement that gives them no rights of compensation for the submitted work.
Reminds me of a similar trick done by a rubbish but somewhat popular rock band not so long ago when they needed a new guitarist. They ended up hiring a pro from another band, but got a whole load of riffs that they could use and wouldn't have to pay for. Cynical, moi? |
