P35 supports PCI-Express 2.0

It turns out that there's yet another 'hidden' feature in Intel's P35 chipset, as Intel has now revealed that it supports PCI-Express 2.0.

Well, it would spread a mite faster if NV didn't keep their hands on it so damn tightly - remember kids, for SLI to happen you MUST have an Nvidia SLI chipset, and NOTHING else will do.

CF works since Damit let Intel use it on their numerous chipsets, since they have their own that do it - et al.

Does this mean that all mobos with the chipset will support PCIe 2? Or is the slot different?

If they do that would make the system I'm about to buy (when Intel drops their processor prices at the end of July) incredibly future proof
