Kingston already has DDR3 SO-DIMMs

COMPUTEX 2007: Being well ahead of the game, Kingston is almost ready to embrace DDR3 memory in notebooks. This is despite chipset support not coming until next year...

There are already DDR3 boards out.
EDIT: I like the fact that they can test the chips and get them into production etc, before a chipset is out. Gives us at least working RAM when they do arrive. I want one.

I have not seen a laptop that supports anything past DDR2 667MHz, why would you need something as fast as DDR3 1066MHz
