They sure are taking forever to get that demo out. Hilariously enough there was a loophole that has since been closed that allowed you to download it early from file planet unencrypted and ready to go. I was lucky enough to get in before they figured it out and the demo is great fun I can't wait for the full thing.

what types of rigs are you guys playing it on, im not overly impressed with the 360 to be honest, i think the sharper, cleaner visuals a pc can provide might be the better choice

I've been a little out of the BioShock news, what are the minimum and recommended specs?

Fantastic! I was tempted to pre-order last week, but at least now I can try out the demo and just make sure it runs ok (my machine pretty much matches the 'Recommended' requirements, so I should be ok).

Well it's downloading but it's very very slow, so slow infact that it looks unlikely it will finish before the demo is out officially anyway. So i may just wait untill tonight and get it, seeing as i have a day off tomorrow

I'm a bit worried about the recommended graphics card tbh, mine has just 256mb so hope it won't make too much difference.

I have a 6800 gt, 1 gb ram, and a 3700+ 64 AMD single core.

I can run it with everything on high at 1280x1024, except actors at medium, vsync off, and high detail post processing off...

All things considered it runs great and looks great.

I'm using this one at the moment. Getting okay-ish speeds (60k odd). Might pick up a bit later on when all the downloads are flooded.
