i dont know... i'm kinda scared that Bioshock 2 wont live up to the standards Bioshock set... but on the other hand... i waqs scared about HL2 not living up to the standard HL1 set too...

so i think i might be scared about such stuff a bit too much, i mean, maybe they actually manage to make bioshock 2 even better than bioshock.

I'm wondering how they can continue it?

They can't stay down in rapture and keep the story feasible. Then again, the name Bioshock doesn't have to mean a game underwater so perhaps a brand new setting where plasmids have taken over more than just one location.

Maybe you play as another person during the time when rapture all went to hell which happened before your visit there.

Sounds good to me, more plasmid action is WIn, personally I found the original Bioshock a bit short, and within the week of installing it I had completed it.
A prequel would likely work out ok I think.
More plasmids WTF

ROFL

only problem is, some people may get a extremely pretty and well executed kick in the balls when it doesn't live up to the hypes.
but i do hope they explain how exactly does a steam powered gun differentiate between friend and foe.

Initially I was nervous about the idea but I got to thinking - people were nervous about the same guys doing a sequel to System Shock years ago and they managed to knock that one right out of the park - System Shock 2 was fantastic.

Personally I can't wait

"We need more original titles and new IPs"

"Yes, so then we can milk the **** out of them with sequels!"

Is it just me, or does the word "franchise" cause anyone else to shudder uncomfortably?

I was underwhelmed by the ending.. it could have been as good as deus ex when infact it was mostly graphics. I hope a sequal is more open ended and like deus ex. HANG ON all I want is a real deus ex sequal :|

Hopefully you'll be a member of the rebellion with Atlas who spiked off from one of Ryans people. But I don't know exactly how it would work

They need to make it less linear

(That last one isn't an actual spoiler but I don't want Joe to lynch me
