I want a Zune so freaking badly. Man, I guess I'm gonna have to get back to playing more crappy Live Search games in order to "win" one. Here goes the next three months of my life.

For a minute there I thought it was April already. It might be the quality of the pictures, but those new Zunes look terrible compared to both the old ones and gear competitors are rolling out.

They have yet to even release the Zune v1 in the Uk
However if Zune v2 does ever make it to the UK before being outdated, then I would be inclined to get one as my current mp3 player giving up the ghost.

Exactly. I don't wanna have to resort to ebay for mine, but there's no info on the release areas yet. Would be a joke if they went through 2 products as US-only.

I quite like the new interface and the 80GB version. The flash versions not so much.... the mickey mouse positioning of the buttons looks odd to me.

From a distance, they look like ipods but worse. Can't see this getting any significant market share tbh.

I'm glad they kept the pressy buttons alongside the touch thingy, I hate touch-sensitive controls on things. Its good to know that v1 users get the extra features via a firmware update

I actually kind of want one of these. My iPod's glitchy and has 25+ gigabytes of music on it, and I want a player full of music I will actually LISTEN to. I might pick up a 4 gigabyte flash model.

Errm, yes, because having 1 product launched in a single region isn't actually that abnormal- frustrating for people like me who want what they can't have, but by no means unique.

My 40GB Zen suits me just fine....I don't need movies on the go.....I just connect it to my car's head unit and select a playlist or just Random (everything) and go....it's that easy.....but I would like a Zune tbh....if I had the $

Hmm, let me think. Will I buy it?

I'm posting this from my iPod touch, so that'll be a no then lol.

Seriously, buy an iPod touch. They are the dog's nads!
