What a clown. I hope they put him in a Cambodian prison for life. Still, we should be glad he's not too bright - an effect like that is clearly reversible, and had he had the brains to realise this he might have used a simple blur / pixellation filter instead, and we'd be none the wiser as to his identity.

Throw away the key.

Your right he does need to be caught but whats really worrying is the fact that apparently he has been doing this for years

I suppose the only downside to releasing the photograph is that these criminal scum won't make the same mistake twice. When they catch him I hope they feed him his own testicles.

It means they wont make that mistake in future. But anyone that has used this idea before is now shitting them selves because they can be found out and lets hope they do.

Too bad they've released these images onto the internet though, not only will he learn his lesson about filtering properly, but now all the pedos will be sure to not make the same mistake (and give us such a wonderfully stupid opportunity to catch them.)

At least one guy will get busted hopefully.
