I agree with the person who said Wilton Cake Release is amazing. First time I've used it and I was very impressed.

The Wilton pans worked out well and I used Regalice for the fondant finish. I made my own layer of buttercream under that and the cake itself was made properly and not a pack. I'm happy with the end result and I'd definitely think about baking more often.



Also made the wife an individual cake with the left overs by making up some different coloured icing and covering a spare Mini Wonder.

Excelent cake. I really like your roses, they're a pain the ass to do so well done.

The bow is also really well done.



I just ordered this for Xmas from my mum to me. I strongly believe (at 24 having moved out and bought my own flat) that Xmas is all about being a small kid again.
