BioWare, Pandemic acquisition approved

Electronic Arts' acquisition of BioWare and Pandemic Studios has been approved by the anti-trust authorities. The deal is expected to close in January.

I still think it's a bad thing. Look at Spore, EA keep pulling WW off it to do quick pieces of money making crap, delaying the game even more. I really hope they don't interfere with them too much but that's just not gonna happen.

So much for those developers... EA doesn't really have a good track record on this subject (anybody remember the Bullfrog & Westwood acquisitions? )

Westwood mainly (i love CNC TS + RA2).

Ahhh, Bullfrog makers of some of the greatest games in history, second only to The Bitmap Brothers in my mind.
