I don't see anything. Possible error in the image link? Also, if the title is anything to go by, is this meant to be an entry in the PotM contest? If so, the thread needs to be re-tagged.

Took a while to load for me but got there in the end, direct link if anyone else has problems: http://cubanarte.co.uk/bit_tech/IMG_4771.JPG

Very good, perfect focus and DOF, looks even better in anything other than firefox. As monkey said, title should be '[11/07] Decaying Fruit' and changed to a POTM tag if you'll be submitting it. How long have you had that fruit sitting around?

The lighting is great but maybe a tad too dark overall. Compositionally I think it's great though, very nice shot.

It must have been the slow connection at work. Here at home the image came up quickly.

I like the lighting. The dramatic shadows add a creepy feeling to the overall image, and that goes nicely with the theme. I especially like how the main focus, the big rotten chunk, is highlighted and framed between two shadows; that helps to reinforce the key subject.

Compositionally, I think you could take the right side in until the edge of the foremost fruit. It would balance the shot and get rid of the distracting highlight in the bottom-right corner.

Very nice overall.

I don't know, it's like a box has just been opened and you've found them.

Great shot imo

There goes that from my list of ideas Didn't have the fruit rotting yet anyways but was hoping to perhaps stumble on some.
Nice shot! Great lighting and colors. Rich in decay. Well done!

What, we can only have one gross fruit shot in a month?

Anyways, nice shot, and good composition. The only thing I'd change is perhaps a touch lighter on the right side and something to fill that top-left corner.

LOL! Yeah didn't you know that rule?

By the way I think the composition is fine but I'd like it framed so it doesn't "fall apart".

Great shot.

Agree with this, however:

The whole concept is great indeed but I think it should be photoshop to make it more lighter then it would be ok all in all.
