In an effort to end the prolonged lawsuits over the GTA Hot Coffee mods, Take-Two has proposed a settlement to the case with a pay-out of $2.75 Million.

I bet consumers will be queing up in droves to swap their 'M' rated box for an otherwise identical box with 'AO' stamped on the cover. Ridiculous.

the people that sued should be gagged and shot not given any cash or a new game. If you mod the damn game to play something it is not the manufacturers fault. Just in case someone here decides to go on its for the kids bs. Needs to remember that this game is about grand theft, drug trafficking and murder to begin with. So why the hell is a completely natural human act so bad?

but they didnt mod the game.. it was HIDDEN in the game code itself, the "mod" just unhid it so to speak.
