Sheffield is full of old, run down factories and warehouses that were at the heart of the steel industry back in the day. this one is now used as a band practice rooms. a real grotty place, you could feel it oozing from the walls. i loved the corridors though, another possible potm.

This looks a great location for a photo shoot.

I find these kinds of places very hard to find :-(
