Valve, traditionally a company partnered with ATI, has got it together with Nvidia to offer some free Portal love to all current Nvidia GeForce owners.

I put it on my second account because I lend that one out occasionally and use it on my old computer, you just need to login to your steam account on a computer with a nvidia card in it. I run parts from everyone so if an ATI/AMD/Intel/Nvidia thing were to happen I would be covered somewhere.

Unforunately, I can't get it to work either. Was telling me it was registered to another account at first. Now it's telling me an unexpected error has occured.

It keeps telling me I already have the game installed... is it any different than Portal that came with the OrangeBox?

***Just read elsewhere - its an extension to the DEMO, not the full game. Dame you valve.
