Res Design #2

Been thunking about my new Res design for watery, so without delay...:

(the only thing thats accutate exactly is the outer size of the res and the thickness) Allthough you can't tell by the res, the holes at the top with the plugs, will actually be 11.8mm holes with a G1/4" tap at the top..

Last but not least, they aren't on the res, but there will be 8 holes in the outer side of the res, so that I can connect it directly to the case...

The res...:

Any ideas?

Looks good. Is it going to be made from a thick sheet of acrylic with the pattern cut out and then thinner acrylic in front and behind to seal it?

Final design.. Ying and Yang (ish) with smooth and jagged...

The Green loop is quite restrictive so that the DDC doesn't make too much noise..

I'm not yet very knowledgeable as far as water cooling is concerned. Just been doing research, etc. for setting up my first loop. One thing that occurred to me when looking over your designs: will what you've laid out assist or hinder removal of air bubbles that form in the system? Really liking your ideas very much.

I don't know really. I've tried to use flat surfaces on the res's so that no bubbles can collect, but I'ts going to be trial and error I think. Having the two port on each loop will allow easy top-ups (they aren't on the second res due to laziness)..

Personally think it would be cool to mount the DDC up against the res.

I actually liked the first on better. Not to say the final isn't cool, but the first looked not as "hectic". is it supposed to say anything?
