Imperium Romanum

http://www.bit-tech.net/gaming/2008/...rium_romanum/1

Sequel to the massive Glory of the Roman Empire, Imperium Romanum is an RTS with a difference. Combining a new card-based objective system and a variety of new game modes, players can realise their Roman ambitions togas and all!

Joe I just thought I'd say really great review, read it from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Good review Joe! Although I spotted a mistake:

"there are only three types of order to give them; deploy, retreat, stop or change formation."

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!!!

Seems very simmilar to the last game (glory of the roman empire), even the graphics. I played the first one and the micromanagement was very simplified, guessing its the same with Imperium?

Is it just me, or do no new RTS games live up to the bar set by Starcraft and Age of Empires II?

Pah, you went and changed the review and didn't even comment on my frankly quite amusing reference. Meanies!
