Ziff Davis, publisher of 1UP and EGM, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection today in an effort to pay off massive debts.

Oh dear. I hope they dont go under becuase I enjoy the 1up Yours pod cast and the 1up Show. I have been listerning to their pod casts for 2 years now and would be a shame to see it go.

Employing 1200 people at one time. Do the maths and figure out how much they are paying each week... Easily a million dollars or two a week, and that's just wages!

the directors of the company should be jailed for their part in this you don,t run up $400 million debt and not notice
