i heard (on OCuk's forum) that there's a warehouse in Wales, is it true? hope they can handle UK's trade up programme. unlike eVGA, where we have to post all the way to Germany for step up

Shame it doesn't apply to older cards like the 8800's like GTX OC/OC2's and GTS's etc.

Its good to see a large reputable company becoming more.... reputable
Nice one BFG

Sam

Looking forward to this arrangement coming to the UK. BFG is now my preferred supplied of GPU's. The last one I bought (8800 GTX OC edition) has been superb, and when I buy my next one, it will most certainly be a BFG card.

Yep, their RMA centre is in Wales I believe (same place as the warehouse). I assume it'll be handled there when it comes here.

Again shame this doesn't apply for the 8800 since release, that would of been awesome.

Sadly, there were some logistical reasons why BFG couldn't extend it to the 8-series as well.

Just bought my first BFG card not too long ago. Unfortunately it is an 8800 GT OC, so no exchanges. Then again, I wouldn't have a clue as to where to find my receipt. More than likely it's been thrown away already.

This program is a great selling point for them. Now, if they are still running this program a year from now, they will get my respect.

Lake Forest!??! That's not even ten minutes from my house!

I'm going to have to visit them sometime.

Do any other graphics card manufacturers have a similar offer?

Close to me too! Would be nice if I bought a BFG card to step-up and only had to send it to Lake Forest, but I don't think that they have any sort of distribution working out of Lake Forest.
