Montevina will double IGP performance

IDF SPRING 08: Dadi Perlmutter showed Intel's next-gen Montevina mobile platform running several 3D games. He said it'll double IGP performance in games.

intels IGP sucks so 2x more then an video card that sucks (or 10x as thay stated in some pic somewhare) makes it still very bad

nvidia and ATI should support there laptop video cards as OEM companies do not give up to date drivers for them

Amd already do this with 780G you don't hear everyone wailing at Intel for being slow to catchup , like they do in the cpu battle

Then again, every little bit helps, the majority of machines sold with these now have 2x the gaming capability, now just double it a few more times.
