Neverwinter Nights developer shuts down

Never played the original NWN, but god that looks like Pools of Radiance (Which I played to death as a kid). Same Developer?

Like GreatOldOne I remember playing (and really enjoying) Pool of Radiance as well as Curse of the Azure Bonds (so much so that I figured out how to duplicate items in save game files and played them through several times) but a quick search shows those as being by SSI

Edit: A deeper look shows they worked together.

Sad but life must move on.
