We've been playing a bit of Left4Dead recently and now that we've finally managed to tear ourselves away from it, we think it's only fair to share with you the details of this four-player Co-Op zombie shooter from Valve and Turtle Rock Studios.

sounds very cool! 4 player co-op campaign mode! man i wish they did this with gears of war 2!! the AI director should add replay value, sounds promising - will keep an eye on it o_O

Zombie Apocalyspe Simulator.
Neat.

I really am eager to play this game with friends I know, because if you have 1 dumbass the whole team is compromised.
But I heard there would be a "rating" system of some sort so that teamkilling griefers would be avoided.

Finally my dreams are realized, like almost everyone when i watch a zombie movie i can't help but wonder what it would be like to try to survive in that Apocalyptic world and to actually try it out will be wicked hmm i may eto recuit help full people to take on the legions of infected i may have to put an ad in the paper.

I have to agree 100% this is what i've been talking about for years and now it's only a while before it comes out (hopefully)

Do you have to play with 3 friends? Or will the AI director fill in any missing peoples?

This looks seriously good tbh, as long as you can have AI players, and be able to choose who you play with (i.e. be get rid of idiots), it'll be epic.

Veles - all that's known atm is late-2008 iirc.

late 2008? on valves' magic clock that'll mean june 09 earliest. they do make ridiculously good games though

QFT. I think their record of not releasing stuff before it's finished works very well for them. Better than the EA/Ubisoft tactic of finishing it after a consumer beta test...

I assume that the game fully support Valve friends to play in coop ?
