The Reflection HTPC by Wolverine

http://www.bit-tech.net/modding/2008...lection-htpc/1

All has been quiet on the Wolverine front for a couple months now. But is that because our crazy Swede has been taking a break? Of course not! Magnus is back with another top end mod, this time with a pretty mirror finish...

Excellent work as always Wolverine
The corners are great and, though I didn't think I'd like the wood grain, I really do.

it looks great but as an HTPC case I dont think so, I mean why would you want something bright under a television, pretty much takes a way from the movie experience, Unless you can turn off those leds so you can enjoy what your watching better?

Actually once again the picture does give the impression that it is bright but it actually isnt the blue light is very smooth and doesnt interfear with the movie experience. Allthough i can turn the lights off if i want to but theres really no need.

Wow, that looks really amazing.

The corner idea is great, it really adds a little bit of flair to the case without taking away the already sleek look.

Whoa Magnus! Amazing job as always!
By any chance did you use the AC Ryan mirrored plexi? I've been thinking about using it for my upcoming project and have been curious as to how it looks.

That look awesome! Great work!

However, isn't it kinda loud with all those 40mm and 60mm fans?

Actually it isnt. Maybe not as quiet as it could have been but definetly not loud enough to be a problem.

That is, honestly, one of the most beautiful PC's ive ever seen.

These designs really should be used by manufacturers.

If there was a HTPC looking like this, and you saw it on an ad, who wouldnt want to see more of it?

A tad bright for being in line of sight of the TV but very nice none the less - almost a retro feel toit with those corners, reminds me of my nans radio
