Firefox Mobile UI prototyped

http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2008/06...i-prototyped/1

Aza Raskin has released a video detailing his vision for the user interface to be used with the mobile release of the popular Firefox web browser - and it's pretty darn snazzy.

I hope it is not only for touch screens. Us Blackberry users need love too.

The demo code was written with the Nokia Internet Tablet series of PDA-ish devices in mind - in fact, I think it's written to work out of the box on a Nokia 810. The fact that they run Linux probably helped, but the finished product - whenever that appears - will most likely support Windows Mobile, Symbian, Java, Linux, PalmOS (hey, I can dream) based PDAs and smartphones - and if they don't get a version running on an iPhone then more fool them.
