    But yeah this will definitely not work. if they were to convert PSP into a phone, it will have to be really big and no one would want to carry it around.

    Besides, there's iPhone that it will have to compete with, if it is really coming out.

    Poor Sony, how do they come up with so many new ways to piss away money. I think they need to do some market research, I can't see why anyone would buy one.

    The fact that the thing has wifi on board has absolutely nothing whatever to do with having a GSM modem.

    Not that I suspect an outfit like Sony is really that worried about how hard it is to do. It is clearly technically possible. It's more a choice than a technical ability.
