http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2008/07...date-delayed/1

Criterion Games has unfortunately had to delay the anticipated Cagney update to Burnout Paradise by a week because of certification problems.

Highest score for what, though?

I mean, are we talking oncoming, multipliers in showtime, race wins, times on burning routes?

I have absolutely no idea what my highest score is in Burnout Paradise. I'm not exactly great at the game, although I do find it a lot of fun.

Yup, and even better, Criterion seem to be keen to support TripleHead.

Not having certification or such high standards may help a console maker but when you let devs do it themselves then it realy shows the consumer who cares more if their product is AAA. weeding out the weaklings and the liars they call it, it's kinda like natural selection. That said I don't even own this game but I find it ironic it seem MS obviously doesn't have any certifications or requirements in the hardware department lol.
