EA and Bioware have finally unveiled the next Knights of the Old Republic game...and it's an MMORPG!

I would much prefer they make Kotor III as i've never really been into all this MMO stuff, i think i'm not alone in wishing they would make the third one and give us a great ending to revans story.

Agreed.

Although I could never get KotOR II to not bug out on me. With or without patches, there was always some gamestopping bug for me somewhere in the game.

As long as they get rid of the turn-based combat, it's all-good.

Agreed.. That's what put me off KOTOR in the first place. I only played it because I liked being an arsehole to people... But the fighting system evetually pissed me right off the game.

If they can get it right in this (like they, sort of, did with Mass Effect), I'll probably get it.

I thought the combat in ME was brilliant - just the right balance of RPG and FPS/3rd person classic action.

I read something about this a while ago, where bioware were saying they had many ideas on how to bring storyline into mmo's in a meaningful way etc. It could be interesting, bioware are up there with blizzard in my mind, love their storylines.

SWG Day 1 experience = SUPERB. After Sony repeatedly bashed it with the Nurf Stick over and over again, it turned into a gooey slightly smelly substance slightly resembling a MMO.

If they can make a KOTOR MMO into what Galaxies should have been, I'm all for it. Getting bored with WOW anyways, and by the time this is out, I'll have determined if warhammer has sucked out my existance or if I'm reserving that for another MMO.
