Yeah, Neat design on the case,:thumb: but I don't trust PSUs that much. I've seen them flame up in METAL housings.

looks great so far, but just like others, i have doubts about safety of this.

i would still line the whole inside of the psu with some sort of heat and flame resistant material. that's going to be an oven in there and any unlucky spark could set the whole case alight :/

surely the wood being so close to the PSU would char over time...? seems a bit risky matey, good luck!

Maybe if it were unfinished and covered with lighter fluid. It's a 350W power supply.

    Keep up the good work!

Sparks can happen if short circut occurs... or if some PWM chip burns out
but i don't think it can start a fire on that thick wood

Temperature of ignition of a pine - 250 degrees Celsius. I do not think, that any power unit will be at such temperature still efficient:)

Oh, WOW. Don't stop. Even if there is danger involved, it's only the PSU that scares us. The shapes are cool.
Computer fires do happen. Usually it's the capacitors in the power supply or the insulation on the wiring. Just keep an extinguisher nearby.
