One thing you have to say for Boll is that he's one determined man.

I can't think of anything else >.>

*huh* the VietCong2 engine (Ptero-Engine II) is at least three years old already. Not really expecting much from this.

Oh I get it.

He's making his own games so he can continue to make terrible movies about games without ruining someone else's honest work.

Well, if he's happy with it, that'll mean someone out there likes it, then. :P

I know we all love to harp on him for ruining alot of good franchises with crappy movies. But his determination in this project is quite impressive. The trailer doesn't look horrible. I've seen worse looking games in trailers. We don't even know if he can / can't make a good game. We only know that he either A) Is horrible at movies or B) Has no budget to develop a proper movie. But what if he's half way decent at making a game? And if he's making movies on his OWN games, then-- he's not really hurting anyone. Besides, tying a game into a movie isn't a bad idea. I liked the idea of that Matrix game where you play as Ghost and Naiobi and it intersects a few plot points in the movie. I'm more curious how he keeps getting people to back him financially.

Indeed... this is actually a pretty good thing if you ask me.. he can keep trying, and we can blissfully ignore him and our childhood can stay intact
