I honestly find the Pandora much more exciting. Pandora's hardware is over the top compared to this, even tho its a little bulky.

it no longer has a slot for accepting GBA games. We'd be upset about that, but we never really used it anyway.
so no Guitar Hero DS then

so was doug, the new controller would plug in through the SD card slot

also, other sites are reporting two touch-screens, whereas the bit-tech article says it still only has one?

it would be cool if they release a GBA cartridge reader add-on for this as I have a bunch of GBA games and my old standard GBA is damn near impossible to play a good RPG on with its lack of a backlight (I've been meaning to grab a new handheld for ages). I wonder how long it will take people to crack the SD card reader to run emulated games off it (or homebrew apps).

M'eh - when this baby hits then DS Lite prices will take a knock and you can grab one of them instead.

Pretty pointless since you can just use a slot 1 SD card reader such as an R4.

Am I the only one who thinks the 'i' being tacked on to names these days is old and extremely cheesy?

Nope... I feel the same way. But, I guess in this case since it has a built in browser, whereas the previous model did not, the 'i' is fitting.

This looks fantastic, I may actually get a DSi!

Bit-Tech editors, just FYI, there are 2 cameras, one on the outside and one on the inside. The one on the outside is 3 megapixels, while the one on the inside is the one with .3 megapixels. Also, the screens are definitely larger (3.25" vs. 3").
