Misco Expo '08 "a success"

http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2008/10...08-a-success/1

Yesterday, we attended the Misco Expo in Central London to learn a bit more about the ecosystem surrounding the company's operations across Europe.

TomH is on a distinguished road
Sounds very much like the efforts that Insight UK put on in London (tempted to suggest theirs is in the same building, but I can't remember, and I really don't know London that well..) which are really good fun/interesting if you get the chance to go. AFAIK, you've got to be an account holder to get an invite (and be a bit friendly with your account manager), but it's worth asking.

Virtualisation and storage were so hugely central to the event when I went. Interesting that you didn't mention seeing much of it, Tim.

There were still quite a few storage vendors present at the event, but most of what was being showed off looked very B2B rather than B2C. Most of the B2C stuff was notebooks, displays and projectors, but that wasn't 'it' so to speak.
