Valve has announced that co-op zombie shooter Left4Dead is now available for pre-purchase on Steam.

People not familiar with 'half-life' would still be interested in this - its also the 'biggest' coop game for the PC yet - gameplay only usually found in MMOs (PvE etc) or consoles

Lets face it, its gunna be awesome. Orange box topping though? Not so sure, but if anything does top the orange box, Valve will be the ones to do it

Dang it!!! Was goign to a lan on the 14th and was hoping this would be out.

Oh well, here is hoping the demo is multiplayer

Just to point that it costs alot more on steam than £22.50. It's more like £26 (£30.50 including tax).
