What's Twitter by the way? Sounds as if someone got Tweety's name wrong... The fact that "twit" is part of the word makes me apprehensive, too.

Twitter is a silly name. At least it has a sensible spelling so you can actually find it on the web though... It's basically a bit like Facebook status updates crossed with RSS. It's worth having a play around with; it's free, after all.

Thanks for the explanation. However, I was merely making fun of Twitter, when I asked what it was all about. I don't use Twitter, though. Actually, I find it about as superfluous as Facebook. You might call me a squarely Web 1.0-oriented person (or perhaps Web 1.5, since I do participate on forums like here on bit-tech).

I have given up on trying to understand this blog. Maybe to much "Twittering" causes people to lose their ability to make complete sentences that make since.
