Welcome to our new forum!

Hello and welcome to the new Custom PC magazine discussion forum.

If you're a regular from custompc.co.uk, I hope you've signed up for a bit-tech forum account - the forums here are home to tens of thousands of modders, hardware and gaming enthusiasts from around the world, and are full of lively and technical discussion.

The forums themsevles run on more modern and advanced software than what the old CPC forums ran on, so while I appreciate they look different to what you're used to, I think you'll soon find that it's a much better user experience I've also replicated the relevant sticky threads from the old forum, as well as active discussions, and I've given credit to original posters.

If you're a bit-tech regular, first off, thanks for having us! I'm Alex Watson, the Editor of CPC - you've maybe seen me around the forums and of course, writing content for the site and the blog.

This forum replaces the Custom PC forum that was part of the forums on custompc.co.uk. It's for feedback and comments about the Custom PC magazine, and it also contains some useful information for subscribers and on release dates. You're of course more than welcome to get involved in the discussions here.

Enjoy, and once again, I'll urge you to get posting

Great mag guys, got a cupboard of old issues at home somewhere

I've been lurking on BIT since the very first week kna and Koolvin opened up WAY back when and always thought that from the first mag that CPC was the print version of the BIT website That was meant as a compliment to both

I don't think our 'old' forums ever ran this fast.

There is a PM system - but you can only get access to it after you've hit 10 posts. This is an anti-spam system - people were signing up and PMing free ipod BS to everyone.
