First off welcome to all CPC Forums members/readers, I love reading the mag myself.
I had many questions when I first saw CPC Forums on here, then I found the answer, that answer is of coarse Dennis. So my understanding is that Dennis brought Bit-Tech back in 2005, and CPC was launched 2/3 years ago. It is only now I realise why "Wil." had a column in CPC (which by the way I always read when it was there). So my question is this..... If Dennis owns these and other good magazines, such as Maxim and Bizarre (two mags I also enjoy reading - i'm not trying to get anything free here I do honestly read them, didn't realise they had the same parent company until just now). Why don't we get more hardware and chicks? You know this good looking ladies and good looking hardware together in the same picture? Please let me now why? Just a small side note, they are stopping the printed version of Maxim http://www.dennis.co.uk/dennis_site/...nly_brand.html A Shame really as I love browsing through the mag. Regards and welcome to all new members on bit-tech GiGo

Lets not go down that route. It's hard enough having to stare at blue O2 ads all the time let alone changing our beloved mag as well. |

YAY!!! Apart from the borked images in the first post, I had to trawl all through the pages to find anything...

Are these displaced people ever going to join us in the forums - project logs, general, modding?
You just going to sit here? Look around - except for a nasty overclock section, I believe Tim and the crew have made a suitable go at it. This Alex dude gets Kudos for trying to help y'all integrate with us. Stop complaining about lost post counts and signature images! Come enjoy Bit-Tech as much as we who have been here for years. Tis often a fun place. john

FAO: mars-bar-man Smiths only stock the top 300 magazines now. Best bet is to go to a small newsagents (like mine) and get the mags that smiths don't want to sell. Regards GiGo PS It aint tacky to get chicks and hardware. Sometimes it's nice.

![]() Might I suggest that you start with the epic Demotivational Posters thread? Just a tip though: do NOT click on any links you see in that thread, especially the ones on page sixty-something. You have been warned

They will do, give them time. It's like moving house. You lug all the boxes into the hall, unpack the kettle, the mugs and the tea, and sit there for a while looking at all the stuff.... and eventually it somehow starts to get unpacked and a house becomes a home.

I had a deal with my wife when we moved. I did all the van driving and furniture moving, she dealt with all the fiddly things in boxes.
