Computex 2009 Review

http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/200...-2009-review/1

We were out in Taipei, Taiwan for the 2009 Computex trade show for the past two weeks. Now that we're back in more familiar territory in London, we take a look back at the big trends during the show, from Netbooks, to DX11 and Windows 7.

how come the second Gigabyte P55 motherboard (that looks like their top end by the number of SATA ports) have 6 memory slots? so 3 dual-channel connections? support up to 24GB?
(my dream is coming true!)

those P55 motherboards looks promissing with SATA 6GB and USB3. can't wait.

Or triple channel DDR3 maybe?

Or are they keeping triple channel for their premium chips only?

Im not even considering a new system build until DX11 cards are actually released and then I will build around that until then I am going sit as still as possible and get my moneys worth out of my current system. I may go the i5 route if they OC as well as they say they do I will go with that and as far as the whole x16 thing that people are wining about ehh I will just go for a dual gpu card and be done with it.
