John Carmack has revealed that he's planning on bringing all of id Software's back catalogue to the iPhone, as well as new games.

As a dedicated Mac head, I personally can't wait for these - Doom and Quake was my introduction to gaming, running on my old 486.

As soon as my Quiksilver gets its software updates, I'll be downloading all the id stuff put on my iPhone 3G PDQ.

People won't see me for weeks!!!

FINISH THE ORIGINAL RAGE ALREADY!!!!!!!! dammit! no info since like a year ago and he's talking about a RAGE iphone game!

Carmack = GLUT GOD but you gotta come to your senses and release those games NOW!... no new info on Doom 4 nor RAGE

It'd be a bit blury, but hey, it'd be worth it.
