basically its a website that you join (for free) and it tracks your counter strike source player stats...etc..how many shot you've given,taken,which parts of the body took the blow (legs arms) which players you killed,and who killed you...its basically a really awesome website that ranks your clan and you as a player against the worlds best...its friggin AWESOME..please check it out and if you're an admin at multiplay please add it to the server...its so easy to do

As the main man behind the longest running and best ever Counter-Strike site, we wanted to let you know about a new project we've created specifically for Counter-Strike:Source called: Final Battleground (http://www.finalbattleground.com).

This project has taken us (a small team of CS enthusiasts) over 18 months to build and since opening our doors to the public we've gone from 1000 registered users to 2000 in about 3 weeks purely on word of mouth - which we feel in our humble world, is pretty good going!

Final Battleground allows CS: S players to join any recognized game server- to experience persistent stats and ranking. Both you and your other clan members can earn medals and achievements with a customizable 'character-sheet' dossier- see how you and your clan rank compared to the thousands of other FBG players.

A very unique element of Final Battleground is the fact that everytime a player earns a kill, it generates an online currency against their Profile called: Plinks. These can be spent on the Battleground - a Massively Multiplayer Web based RTS game where warfare is funded by Plinks, a virtual currency generated by members that achieve kills and objectives playing Counter-Strike: Source. All the action takes place on a fast and furious battlefield where all the glory goes to the winners.

Final Battleground is free for both players and game server owners. Running entirely as a web based application, no one needs to install any desktop software and game servers can maintain optimal performance as they do not need to install any software or plug-ins.

Since opening to the public on November 22nd 2007, Final Battleground Stats can now be found on several of the top ranked CS: S game servers in the world including: VIA Server, SAS Big Pimp Server, NIF server, Noob Salad, Titties and Beer, Fragmasters server and the worlwide list is growing every day.

Hello all,

My name is D1gN1tY and I am one of the real owners and developers behind Final Battleground. Someone recently made me aware of this post here concerning our Final Battleground service for the Counter-Strike community.

While we are always pleased to see peopl recommending our service, it would appear that how they go about doing that is somewhat puzzling.

I don't know who Unclejimbo is but I suspect he is one of our many loyal members. The clip that Unclejimbo is actually cut and paste from a post we made at the time of our initial release some years ago - and yes, it reads like a sales message because it was an invitation for a large public Counter-Strike commmunity to get involved with us.

Just for the record, we've since had thousands of CSS servers registered with us, and we now have almost fourty five thousand members. I suspect that anyone who players Counter-Strike here on this forum will already know who we are. Nonetheless, if you have not heard of us before, you will of course, be very welcome to come visit our site at anytime .

Yes Vadimwolf, part of what FBG does is offer a server stats application which is comparible to HLStatsX and yes it is free to install on your game server (if you have one), however - Final Battleground is also much more than this - as we are on the brink of releasing a new 'world domination style tournament' which is what we call the Battles. It will be the most ambitious development ever released for an online multiplayer competition (between Clans).

hi ther...just to let u know. i am not a sales person as there is nothing to sell...its free...completely...i just use fbg and really enjoy it...and would like to share my enjoyment with the rest of the cpc players...1 day...lets hope..
