Those EK reservoirs are awesome, would be great for an SFF mod.

It must be quite small. My single 5 1/4" bay res could only hold about 300ml.

Has anyone seen thoughs Sci-Fi shows where they have a whirlpool inside a res just like the one in the pic above. I wonder if its possible to make a comp res go into a constant whirlpool, it would be cool.

It should be possible if you put the intake at the right angle and nozzled it. Keeping the bubbles out of the pump would be the hard bit.

(I made 'nozzle' a verb and it wasn't pornographic!)

Well, it should just be a question of making the flow right, so you have a controlled cyclon/vertex thingie?
More stuff for future projects
I am going to do some testing on this:P i have 4 cylinder curently lying around that i can fool around with

I tried the cyclon thing with Seawolf. Tangential flow didn't produce anything but nasty problems with the res fitting breaking off. It is doable but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

Hard to guess what 'dudes' in Dansk is when all I know is Dutch, German and a bit of Norsk (Bokmal)

"Gutter" is the closest word that comes to mind. It's quite close to "Guys" which again is close to "Dudes".
